Your flooring will be delivered safely on a pallet directly to your address, securely packaged and handled with care.

 Fast & Reliable Service

We aim to deliver all orders within 1–5 working days.

Deliveries are made kerbside to the nearest accessible point to your property using our efficient pallet network service.

A signature is required upon delivery, and we recommend someone able-bodied is present to assist with unloading if needed.

Delivery Updates & Tracking

On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way, so you know exactly when to expect it.

At the Time of Delivery

Your pallet will be safely placed at the nearest accessible point to your property by our delivery team. Please ensure access is clear for a smooth drop-off.

After Delivery

Please inspect your flooring packs immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a claim.

Missed Delivery

To keep our deliveries running smoothly, please ensure someone is available during the delivery window and that all address details are correct.

If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect information, a redelivery charge may apply.
