At UK FLOOR DEPOT, we aim to make receiving your new flooring as simple and stress-free as possible. From dispatch to delivery, we're committed to providing a reliable and professional service.

FREE Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery on all eligible orders.

Your flooring will be carefully packaged and delivered securely via our trusted pallet delivery network.

Fast & Reliable Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability and postcode location.

Deliveries are made kerbside only to the nearest safe and accessible point at your property.

Please note:

• A responsible adult must be available to accept the delivery
• Drivers are unable to carry goods into your property
• Access restrictions should be advised before dispatch

Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Depending on the courier service, you may also receive delivery updates prior to arrival.

Our customer service team is always available if you require assistance with your delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your flooring before signing for the goods.

We recommend checking:

• The pallet packaging
• The number of packs received
• Any visible signs of damage

If any damage is present, please sign the delivery as damaged where possible and notify us immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photographs of the pallet and packaging
• Photographs of any damaged flooring
• Your order number

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery during the courier's delivery window.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No one being available to accept the goods
• Incorrect delivery information
• Access restrictions not previously disclosed

Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

Storage Options

If you are not ready to receive your flooring immediately, please contact our team before ordering. In many cases, we can arrange to hold your order for a short period prior to dispatch.

31-Day Returns

We want you to order with confidence. Unused and unopened flooring may be returned within 31 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
