Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, all items must remain in strictly resellable condition. This requires the original packaging to be unopened and all factory seals to remain intact.

Return Guidelines

• Packaging & Protection: Please utilize an outer protective layer to ensure the manufacturer's box remains pristine during transit.
• Logistics & Insurance: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a fully insured carrier and photographing the goods prior to dispatch. Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged in transit back to our facility.
• Documentation: A completed return form must accompany your shipment. Returns received without proper identification will not be processed.

Order Cancellations

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled and subsequently reordered to apply promotional pricing or discount codes. The initial order agreement remains binding.

• Prior to Dispatch: Cancellation requests received before processing will be honored immediately, with a full refund issued within 14 business days.
• In Transit: If the order has already left our facility, we will coordinate with the courier to halt delivery. A refund will be issued within 14 business days, minus the outbound delivery costs.
• Post-Delivery: Once goods are successfully delivered, cancellations are processed under our standard 30-day return policy.
