All deliveries are kerbside only, meaning the driver will deliver your flooring to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your new flooring. If you're not satisfied with your order, or you have unopened packs left over, you can return them under our 31-day hassle-free returns policy.

Simply complete our returns form and return the unused flooring to us within 31 days of delivery. Once the goods have been received and inspected to ensure they are in their original condition, we'll process your refund in line with our returns policy.
